Cal. 30 carbine. S# 616530. Bbl. 18" marked behind sight "INLAND MFG. DIV / GENERAL MOTORS / 8-43". Protected blade front sight. Rear sight is marked "I.R.CO. / 7160060". Flat style breech bolt. Milled trigger guard with button style safety. Walnut stock set has 2 rivet hand guard held by a narrow style band. Bottom of pistol grip is stamped with the circle "P" proof marking. Right side of stock has a crossed cannon marking forward of the sling slot and is stamped "3 13" behind the slot. Stock has an added Red Head slip-on leather butt pad over the original butt plate. MAGS: none included. CONDITI0N: over 70% Parkerizing. Original stock finish shows numerous scratches, marks & dents. Good bore. (26-2203/DS). CURIO. $1,000-1,500.
